How do I sign up for utilities?
The Finance Department handles all water, sewer and trash billing. You may sign-up at City Hall, located at 201 S. Franklin St., Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You can also register online at our Online Utility Registration page. Please note online sign-ups require seven business days to process.
Security deposits are required at the time of application: $80 for residential property owners, $180 for residential renters, and commercial deposits depend on business type and historical usage.
An appointment is required to connect service. You may request a date when applying. We will check availability of that date the application DOES NOT guarantee an appointment. The Finance Department will contact you to confirm your appointment date and time.
