The Administrative Services Coordinator identifies, researches, and coordinates grant application activities that enhance City operations and community quality of life. Prepares necessary document for justification of grant requests, administers grants awarded and insures compliance with city awarded grants. Submits required paperwork to state and federal agencies; stays abreast of new and current grant programs.
Coordinates the City’s risk management and insurance program coverage and policies, and is the citizen and employee contact. This includes processing and investigating all claims for damages, and directing loss prevention and safety programs, as well as selecting and directing activities of safety, engineering and loss prevention experts.
