Mandatory Court Appearances

Certain violations cannot be satisfied without a court appearance before the Judge.  The violations, which require a court appearance, are designated either in accordance with state law or by order of the Municipal Judge.

  • Any violation listed on the Violation Bureau Schedule of Fines and Costs that have not been satisfied prior to your assigned court date.
  • Any violations not listed on the Violation Bureau Schedule of Fines and Costs
  • Any violations charged as an accident.
  • Driving While Intoxicated violations
  • Any traffic violations issued as a companion charges to Driving While Intoxicated charge.
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Valid Insurance
  • Driving While Suspended or Revoked

First time violations only for failure to provide proof of valid insurance, allowing an animal to run at large and animal license does NOT require a court appearance. Also must provide valid proof of insurance and animal license.
