According to City Ordinance (Sec. 10-241), we adopt the provisions and conditions of the International Property Maintenance Code. That document outlines the specific criteria and methods we use to determine if properties are in violation of the City's law. It ranges from topics such as electricity to plumbing to building and more. These codes ensure that buildings are built safely and that they are maintained, to the end of keeping residents and consumers safe.
