Our Municipal Code is a collection of all permanent City ordinances. An ordinance is a municipal legislation enacted by the City Council. The Kirksville Code is divided into chapters arranged in alphabetical order. Within each Chapter are related sections with catchlines intended to assist the user. 

City Fees

Many services provided by the City of Kirksville do not require a fee. Those services that require a fee are identified within the annually adopted Fee Schedule.
