Utility Payments Are Accepted In Many Forms Listed Below.

In Person at City Hall:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Available Drop Boxes:

A drop slot is located on the front of City Hall and a white drop box is located across the street from City Hall.

Online:

Online payments can be made here. 

Telephone:

You can make a credit or debit card payment on your account by calling 877-878-7405. You will be asked to provide your account number for the system to locate your account. You can make a full or partial payment on your account.

By Mail:

Please mail payments to: City Hall Finance Department, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, MO  63501.  Payments must be received by their due date to be considered timely made.

In Person at HyVee Food and Grocery:

The store accepts utility payments at the customer service counter located at the front of the store during normal business hours. To ensure timely payments by the 20th, they must receive your payment by the 17th.
