Thank you for completing your online utility registration. You still need to pay your deposit, so follow the instructions listed. 


  1. Go to www.municipalonlinepayments.com/kirksvillemo/utilities. 
  2. Click on Quick Pay. 
  3. For the account number, enter 01-234407-00.
  4. In the next box, enter Kirksville.  
  5. For the amount, enter $180 if you are a residential tenant. Enter $80 if you are a residential property owner. 
  6. Hit Continue.  
  7. Enter your email, address and payment information.
  8. Submit payment. Be sure to retain the confirmation number provided.
  9. Once the City receives your deposit payment, a representative will call you to complete the registration process and may ask for the confirmation number.
